Purpose

To advise of leadership changes in the Plant and Live Animal Exports Division.

Key points
  • Dr Melissa McEwen has moved on from her role as Principal Regulatory Officer and First Assistant Secretary, Plant and Live Animal Exports. Tina Hutchison, who was the Assistant Secretary, Live Animal Export, will be the Principal Regulatory Officer and First Assistant Secretary, Plant and Live Animal Exports for the remainder of 2021 and early 2022.
  • Cecilia Willis will act in the position of Assistant Secretary, Live Animal Export until the end of October 2021, and then Joffrid Mackett will take on the Assistant Secretary role from November until the end of February 2022.
  • Oriana Mamone will commence as the Director, Operations and Governance, Live Animal Export on 14 July 2021. Nicole Moxey will continue to act in the position in the interim. Oriana has previously worked in the Live Animal Export Branch.
