Melbourne-based PetLab has pledged to donate $150,000 of cleaning productsto not-for-profit animal shelter Pets Haven.

The donation by PetLab, of approximately 85L of cleaning solution per week forthe rest of the year, will make caring for the animals easier and ensure amore comfortable stay for the pets and animals within the shelter.

Pets Haven rescue pets in need and nurture them back to full health beforefacilitating their re-entry into the community.

“We rescue from death row pounds, cruelty cases, puppy farms, and thecommunity. We endeavour to responsibly rehome these orphans back into thecommunity to give them a second chance at life,” said a Pets Havenspokesperson.

Animals at Pets Haven have often been neglected, abused, or mistreated, andthe organisation’s team care for them until they can find their forever home.

“We tirelessly strive for and envision the day where every adoptable companionanimal has a loving, responsible home. Where no animal will suffer from abuse,neglect or ignorance.”
