Pet Circle has expanded its free online Vet Squad advice service to beavailable 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The expansion of the service, which now has over 30 registered vets, meanscustomers will have free access to vet advice and how to care for their pets.

“Our customers love it when they are able to speak to a vet as it helps themfind the products that are best for their pet, rather than buying genericproducts that may not be quite right. Now that our vets are available anytime,we can help more pet parents pet better.”
Frizell said that the humanisation and premiumisation during the pandemic hasled to more vet telehealth services popping up.
“What makes our vet service different is that you don’t need to be a member ora customer to use it and it’s completely free. We’ve done this as we want todemocratise quality, pet first vet advice and create the best pet experiencein the world.”
Dr Teagan Lever, Head Vet at Pet Circle, said they are excited to expand theonline service to be available 24/7.
