Ferplast acquired its former competitor Marchioro from the Marp Group at theend of 2020. With the purchase, Ferplast also acquired the plant, machineryand moulds. For Ferplast, this acquisition is “a strategic step of greatimportance”, the company emphasises. It will make Ferplast the largestmanufacturer of accessories for pets in Europe.

Last year, Ferplast increased its turnover by 12 per cent compared to 2019.Around 85 per cent of sales were generated abroad.
